Our Commitment to Quality
At Line 7, we take pride in crafting gear that's durable, functional, and stylish. From the precision of our stitching to the premium materials we select, every detail reflects our unwavering commitment to excellence. This dedication defines the Line 7 standard.
If any of our products don't meet this standard due to material or manufacturing defects, we'll repair or replace them.
Our gear is designed for the outdoors, for both work and leisure. We encourage you to put it to the test in all your adventures. Naturally, this means some wear and tear over time, which adds character but isn't covered by our guarantee.
Situations not covered include:
- Damage from animals, chemicals, alterations, mishandling, or not following care instructions.
Important Note
Not looking after your gear properly can cause it to fail. Its really important to clean your gear regularly, don’t let muck or farm soiling sit on the fabric, think of caring for your farm gear as you would a wetsuit, after being in salt water, you need to rinse your wetsuit, it’s the same for your wet weather work gear – look after it and it will keep you dry for years to come. Not looking after your gear will void your warranty.
Wear it well, love it, and look after it, and our gear will serve you faithfully. However, we don't offer repair or replacement for items that have been mistreated or have simply worn out. If you purchase a new product from us and it doesn't meet the Line 7 standard due to materials, craftsmanship, or manufacturer defects, we'll make it right.
