Delivery Details for New Zealand

For NZ orders over $100, there are no delivery fees. NZ orders under $100 will attract a $7.99 delivery fee.

Delivery to any NZ address (including PO Boxes) is by courier, please allow 4-8 working days for delivery, we aim to deliver your parcel as quickly as possible.

When your goods are dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email notifying you that your purchase is on its way. This email will also contain a tracking number.

Delivery Details for Australia and the Rest of the World

All deliveries are dispatched from our warehouse in Christchurch, New Zealand. We use DHL Express to dispatch all international orders. The shipping price is determined on the total value of your order International delivery is 8-18 days.

• Orders to Australia under $100 will incur a $10 freight fee. All orders over $100 are FREE delivery
• Orders to the rest of the world valued at $149 NZD or less - delivery cost will be $35 NZD
• Orders to the rest of the world valued at $150 NZD or more - delivery cost will be $25 NZD

All international parcels are sent Duty Unpaid. If any taxes, duties or VAT are to be paid for the import of the parcel, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay the charges. Duty, taxes and VAT differ between countries, for further information please contact your local customs office.

All orders are charged in New Zealand dollars. The price advertised might not be the same price charged to the credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations.
