Simply select an amount (min $40) and complete the details in the form, along with a personal message, and when you are ready, click ‘add to cart’. You can then click view cart and checkout as usual. The recipient will receive the voucher immediately and it is valid in our online store for one year from the date of purchase.
Looking after your garments will not only keep them looking great but it will make them last a lot longer too.
When you are washing garments, have a look at the tag on the inside for the care instruction and follow closely
Wet Weather Garments
Washing your wet weather garments is a great way to extend their lifetime. Sometimes it is more important than others, for example; if products have been exposed to salt water/spray or you have been in muddy/grimy environment
Rinse down the product like you would the boat or equipment, its ok to lightly brush off stubborn mud.
Put the garments through a wash (be sure to follow care instructions) We would also recommend using a waterproof specific washing liquid too.
If the care instructions allow, put them in the dryer on low heat, this can help re-invigorate water repellency.
Some Line 7 products come with a repair kit (this is normally in an internal pocket)
Make sure tear or rip is clean and dry
Peel off backer from fabric patch and place over the tear or rip
Using a household iron at temperature of 120 for 15 seconds, iron over the fabric

Every Line 7 garment reflects our total commitment to quality. If you are not completely satisfied with any product, we will gladly refund or exchange for another size or colour - just return to the below address within 60 days of purchase, in its original condition.
If you wish to return your purchase or exchange an item, simply follow the steps below and we will take care of the rest.

If you would like to exchange an item, please let us know the colour and size of the item you would like us to exchange for you. Using the card enclosed with your order.
Unfortunately we cannot take any responsibility for parcels that go missing and as such, we suggest tracking your returning parcel, so you can provide the details to your delivery company to find your lost parcel.
Please note that for health and safety reasons, returns must be sent to our Line 7 Returns address by post. We are unable to accept in person returns at our head office address.
Should you receive a product that you believe to have a manufacturing defect, please contact us to arrange free return delivery of the item in question.

Once the product is returned, we undertake an evaluation process confirming the manufacturing defect. If the defect is confirmed your product will be replaced or you will be fully refunded.
In the case of international orders, we will reimburse freight costs once the item has been evaluated and deemed defective. Normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Garments sent back for return must be in the same condition as sent out, with tags attached.
Returns are accepted for 60 days from dispatch of parcel.
Refunds are paid in the manner in which the payment was accepted (Credit Card via Payment Express, Afterpay, Laybuy or PayPal).
Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 10 working days from receipt back into our warehouse.
Postage to return the parcel to us is at your own cost, however if you have asked for an exchange of an item, we will send the replacement item to you free of charge.
Garments purchased from a Line 7 Stockist or from another website, must be returned to that same store or company.
